Where Confidence Grows & Future Leaders Find Their Voice.
At the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association, we empower young women and girls (ages 5–20) to build confidence, find their voices, stengthen their resiliency, and become active leaders in their communities. Through an annual scholarship-based competition and a year filled with meaningful experiences, our participants are encouraged to grow into who they are and discover just how much they are capable of.

The Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association has provided me with life long friendships and memories that I will cherish forever. I consider the girls on the court and the wonderful staff my second family, and they all mean so much to me.
This experience has strengthened my confidence and public speaking skills. It has made me a stronger leader, and has given me an opportunity to be a positive role model. I have grown as a person throughout this experience, and I am extremely grateful for Miss Carlisle Ice Queen.
