Colton Staver

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Colton founded Miss Carlisle Ice Queen from a genuine desire to create more opportunities for young people in his community. He wanted young women to have a place where they could feel supported, discover their strengths, and have experiences that helped them grow.

At the heart of that vision was connection. Colton wanted every participant to know that someone believed in her potential and was excited to see where it could take her. That same care continues to shape the program today, from the relationships built with contestants and their families to the opportunities created for each new court.

For Colton, seeing young women return year after year means something special. He gets to watch them become more comfortable in their own voices and take on things they may not have imagined for themselves before. Knowing that Miss Carlisle Ice Queen has become a place where those relationships and experiences can grow is exactly why he started it.

Tamzen Sonntag

VICE PRESIDENT

I am truly honored to be a part of such an incredible organization as the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association. It is a privilege to work alongside our court, helping provide resources, opportunities, and meaningful experiences that empower young women to broaden their horizons. Watching these remarkable young ladies grow in confidence, leadership, and character is inspiring. Together, we are helping shape a future generation that will lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and inspire others to make the world a better place.

I am proud to support the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association because it provides young women with opportunities to grow as leaders, serve their communities, and pursue their educational goals. The program fosters confidence, responsibility, and personal development while creating a supportive environment for participants to succeed. I value organizations that invest in the future of our community, and I appreciate the positive impact this program continues to have on so many young women. Being part of that mission is both rewarding and meaningful.

COMMUNITY EVENTS CHAIR

I am proud to be part of the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association because of their mission to lead, serve, and inspire. It is a valuable opportunity for young ladies. During their time with us, they get to earn their scholarships by attending community events, setting up their own outreach projects, and helping with fundraisers. It teaches them a lot of responsibility, connects them to many organizations, and it is amazing to watch them learn and grow. This is not your typical pageant, it is a competition to empower  young ladies  through growth and community outreach.

Brooke Maier

COMMITTEE MEMBER

I joined the organization nearly five years ago because I wanted to be a part of something that made a positive impact on young women and the community. Over the years, I have found so much joy in watching the girls grow from the time they first join until the end of their reign. Being involved has shown me how even these young ladies can leave a lasting impression on others through their leadership, confidence, and dedication. Seeing their growth, along with the growth of the community, is what continues to make this organization so meaningful to me.

COMMITTEE MEMBER

I have been proudly a part of the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen since the origin of the organization. My mission with Miss Carlisle Ice Queen to help encourage young ladies to be confident within themselves not only on stage; but in everyday   life. While supporting each one of them on how they can be the best future leaders of tomorrow. Watching them grow throughout the year is very heartwarming for me. As well as building a bond with each family for many years to come long after their reign.

Miranda Burkholder

COMMITTEE MEMBER

As someone who once dipped her toes into the “pageant world” as a teen, I came to find a new appreciation for the growth, vulnerability, and betterment that came with putting myself out there both on stage and in my community. Several years later I was blessed with the opportunity to assist with the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen competition, where I can now mentor young ladies to be authentic and shine bright, embracing each of their unique attributes and building relationships that I truly hope impact them for years to come. One of my favorite parts of being a part of this program is getting to witness our contestants grow, change, and become more confident year after year. To watch these girls of all ages show true leadership and be of service and inspiration to their communities is something amazing and I’m grateful to be a small part of it!

COMMITTEE MEMBER & FORMER QUEEN

I chose to be a part of the committee because I enjoy helping other young women. Whether it is helping build their confidence, making them smile, or encouraging them to keep competing and build public speaking skills that they will use in their future. I have competed and held a title myself in the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association and being on the committee is my way of giving back.
