Welcome!

Thank you for showing interest in competing in the 2026 Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Competition! Before you get started, please be aware that there is a $50 Application Fee required to compete. If you submit the application and do not complete the process with an application fee payment, your position will not be held.

The purpose of the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Program is to empower young women in the Carlisle area and surrounding counties, molding them into future leaders of our community. Throughout their reign, the goal of this program is to improve self-confidence, partake in various community service opportunities and to focus on the advancement of scholastic achievement.

Crowd Favorite

As a way of giving back, each contestant will be asked to provide (3) charities of their choosing for the crowd favorite portion of the contest. Spectators will be asked to donate funds into the jar(s), voting for their favorite contestant. The contestant with the highest raised funds in their jar will be rewarded 50% of the earnings, while the other 50% will be donated to the charity of their choice. All remaining funds will be returned back to the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association to improve the contest and organization for years to come. We ask that each contestant provide three charities of their choosing to avoid overlap. Charities will be assigned to contestants on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Authorization

It is incredibly important that you read through all of the guidelines for Miss Carlisle Ice Queen including the contest rules, the behavior policy, and the dress code. If you have not, please find all the information on the Guidelines and Expectations page of this website.

I, and my legal guardian, have read and fully understand the rules and regulations of the contest, the behavior policy and the dress code. Neither the directors nor the facilities where the contest is being held will be responsible for any accident or injury at any association event. By completing the entry form, the contestant and her parents/guardians give consent for the contestant's photo and a brief biography to be used in media such as the newspaper or the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association's website and social media. Contact information including address, phone number, or email address will not be published or released. Photos of the contestants at the festival may be used in promotional materials published by the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association or business sponsors.
