Showing Young Women What They Are Capable of.
Empowering the Next Generation
Our mission is to empower young women in the Carlisle area and surrounding counties, molding them into future leaders of our community. Through the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen experience, participants build self-confidence, take part in community service, and are encouraged to continue pursuing their educational goals.

From a Contestant
To me, the Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Organization is much more than a pageant. It is a place that encourages growth, leadership, confidence, and friendship. Over the years, it has provided me with opportunities to challenge myself, step outside my comfort zone, and become the best version of myself.
My experience with the organization has had a tremendous impact on my life. Through my involvement, I have gained confidence, maturity, and self-assurance. I have learned how to communicate more effectively with others, build meaningful connections, and present myself with poise and professionalism.

These Three Pillars Guide Us
These pillars represent the decisions we make, what we hope our young women practice while they are here, and what we hope they carry with them wherever they go next.
Lead
Find your voice and have the confidence to use it.
Leadership starts with believing you have something worth contributing. We give young women opportunities to communicate, make decisions, take initiative, and become more comfortable stepping forward.
Serve
Discover how amazing it feels to show up for others.
Our court stays active throughout the year, connecting with local organizations and taking part in service opportunities across the community. These experiences allow our young women to see firsthand how their time and talents can make a difference.
Inspire
Let what you learn become something you share.
We encourage our Ice Queens to support one another, welcome others in, and lead by example. When one young woman has the confidence to try something new, she may give someone else the courage to do the same.
